Reston Station is a joint project between Comstock and Fairfax County Government. The project includes multiple garages for both private use and Metro riders, along with planned development of retail, restaurants, housing, and office towers. Located along the Metro’s new Silverline extending from DC to Dulles International Airport, this new development is part of the economic growth of Northern Virginia that’s expected to continue for decades to come.

The design aesthetic was developed to work cohesively with the modern architecture and location, while addressing the many different challenges of the multi-use project, including helping navigation and traffic flow within the campus. Reston Station will redefine the urban realm with bold architecture and civic appeal, and be the cornerstone of new development in the region.
